No call centre, no ticket number, no runaround. Just a local technician who picks up the phone and tells you straight what's wrong.
My name's Robert. I've been repairing computers for twenty years, starting out as a Microsoft Certified Professional before becoming the youngest person IBM Australia had hired at the time. Since then I've worked on everything from a cracked laptop screen the night before an assignment was due to full office network rebuilds, and solving a problem someone else has given up on still doesn't get old.
Computer Repairs Logan is also known as Zoo Computer Repairs across Brisbane, and we've been featured on Channel 9 News. The day-to-day work hasn't changed much though. Someone calls with a computer that won't start, I ask a few questions, and we work out together whether it's worth fixing or time to let it go.
Logan Central, Woodridge, Loganlea, Springwood, Beenleigh, Browns Plains and Shailer Park aren't just a list of suburbs on a website. It's where we actually drive to. If your laptop dies before a deadline or your business network drops out on a Monday morning, you're talking to the person doing the repair, not a booking system three states away.
You get a price before we touch anything, and we'll tell you honestly if a repair isn't worth it. No inflated diagnostic fees, no upselling a new machine when a $60 part will do.
